The "Shin-Line" Corporate Charitable Foundation has signed a Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation with the Steppe & World Publishing Corporate Foundation and the "Мың кітап" Literary House. The official signing of the document took place on September 25, 2026, in the city of Almaty. 

The main goal of the partnership is to combine efforts to popularize the culture of reading, support the intellectual, creative, and personal development of children and teenagers, and promote high-quality children's and youth literature in the Kazakh language. This initiative harmoniously complements the tasks defined in Decree No. 1279 of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On measures to develop the culture of reading and form an intellectual nation ('Zerdeli Ult')" dated May 16, 2026. 

Within the framework of the signed agreement, the parties intend to implement a wide range of joint projects. Plans include organizing interactive events such as literary meetings, book clubs, and reading marathons featuring authors, translators, and experts. Significant attention will be paid to educational campaigns promoting family reading, mindful parenting, and the development of critical thinking among the younger generation. In addition, the parties intend to carry out charitable activities to provide quality books to school libraries, children's centers, and families in need of support, leveraging the resource base of the "Мың кітап" Literary House as an open cultural and educational platform. 

The Memorandum is concluded for a term of one year with the possibility of automatic renewal. Combining the expertise of publishing, charitable resources, and cultural initiatives will help create a modern and inspiring reading environment that contributes to the formation of the country's intellectual capital.
