A Memorandum of Cooperation Between “Shin-Line” and Lotte Global Logistics Signed in Seoul

On 05 September 2025 in Seoul, Republic of Korea, a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation was signed between the “Shin-Line” group of companies and the South Korean company Lotte Global Logistics, one of the leading operators in the field of logistics. The document was signed by the President of the “Shin-Line” group of companies, Andrey Shin, and the Chief Executive Officer of Lotte Global Logistics, Kang Byung Koo.

The Memorandum is aimed at developing a long-term partnership between the two parties in the field of logistics, modernizing logistics processes, conducting joint assessments of investment projects, and developing infrastructure both in Kazakhstan and in other Commonwealth of Independent States countries, as well as in Korea.

The parties agreed to build cooperation on the basis of trust, open information exchange, and mutual interests. The signing of the Memorandum became the first step in establishing a strong international partnership that will open new horizons in the field of logistics and trade.
