An International Seminar on Food Safety Held at the “Shin-Line” Facility

The “Shin-Line” enterprise served as the venue for an international seminar on the topic “International Aspects of Ensuring Food Safety.” The event was organized jointly with the Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise of the Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The seminar brought together representatives of state supervisory authorities, sanitary services, accredited laboratories, as well as experts and participants of the food industry. The discussion focused on modern approaches to product quality control, current sanitary regulations, and the integration of international standards into national food safety processes.

Participants examined in detail effective methods of sanitary control at all stages of production — from the receipt of raw materials to the release of finished products. Particular attention was paid to issues of traceability, prevention of contamination risks, and the implementation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points principles.

The practical part of the seminar took place at the “Shin-Line” production site, where guests were able to observe firsthand the implemented product safety management systems, including digital solutions and automated control points.

The seminar became an important platform for professional dialogue between government bodies and businesses, contributing to increased transparency, consumer trust, and the overall level of safety of domestic food products.
