Consent to Personal Data Processing – Shin-Line

1. In accordance with the applicable legislation (in the countries of availability, commercial interest, and use of the Website), I hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) to “Shin-Line” Limited Liability Partnership, address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty Region, Ili District, Bayserke Rural District, Village of Bayserke, 22 km 500 m of the Almaty–Zhetygen Highway, Building 58, BIN 020940000580 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), for the processing of the following personal data belonging to me:

• surname, first name, patronymic;
• e-mail address;
• contact telephone number;
• photographs;
• link to a personal website or social media profile;
• data (series and number) of the passport of a citizen of the respective state that confirms the identity of a citizen of the respective state;
• data (series and number) of a personalized bank card;
• date of birth;
• data (series and number) of a temporary identity card of a citizen of the respective state;
• data (series and number) of the passport of a foreign citizen or another document recognized under an international treaty as a document confirming the identity of a foreign citizen;
• information about attended events, merchandise, content, information about the source of the Website visit, places of stay, places of employment.

 

(hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data”), including:

• collection;
• recording;
• systematization;
• accumulation;
• storage;
• clarification (updating, modification);
• extraction;
• placement;
• use;
• transfer (provision, access), including transfer at the request of a court, including to third parties, subject to measures ensuring protection from unauthorized access to the Personal Data;
• blocking;
• deletion;
• destruction of the Personal Data for the purpose of performance of the service agreement.

 

2. Purpose of Processing the Personal Data:

• provision of services under the service agreement;
• provision of services for organizing events (webinars, seminars, etc.);
• provision of access to the Operator’s informational materials, including information on prices, promotions, discounts, and similar information;
• sending mailings to users.

 

3. Categories of Personal Data Subjects:

• visitors of the Website shin-line.com and of the Operator’s social media accounts;
• employees of “Shin-Line” Limited Liability Partnership;
• candidates applying for employment with “Shin-Line” Limited Liability Partnership.

 

4. The Operator is entitled to perform automated processing of my Personal Data, as well as processing of Personal Data without the use of automation tools, including transfer through communication channels whose protection is ensured through the implementation of appropriate legal, organizational, and technical measures prescribed by the personal data protection legislation.

5. Terms of Processing and Storage of the Personal Data: The Personal Data shall be stored for a period of five (5) years from the moment of its provision or until the moment of withdrawal of the Consent.

6. I hereby confirm that:

• I give my consent to the processing of my Personal Data by the Operator from the date of providing this Consent until the date of its withdrawal by me;
• I have been informed of the possibility of withdrawing this Consent by making a personal request or by submitting a written request (including in the form of an electronic document) addressed to the Operator via the e-mail address info@shin-line.com,
• I have been informed that, after receiving the withdrawal of this Consent, as well as after the expiration of the validity period of this Consent, the Operator is entitled to continue processing my Personal Data if there are legal grounds for such processing.
