EAEU and Iranian Delegations Impressed by Shin-Line’s Production Facilities

13 August 2026

The delegation included Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aidarbek Saparov, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus Yury Gorlov, Member of the Board and Minister for Industry and Agro-Industrial Complex of the Eurasian Economic Commission Goar Barseghyan, and Deputy Minister of Agricultural Jihad of the Islamic Republic of Iran Akbar Fat’hi.

We introduced the guests to the Shin-Line production complex, its modern technologies, automation processes, and quality control system. Particular attention was paid to how we ensure high product quality standards at every stage of production.

The delegation members highly appreciated the level of production, the company’s technological capabilities, and the quality of Shin-Line products. For us, it is especially important that Kazakhstan’s domestic production receives high recognition from representatives of the EAEU countries and international partners.

Today, Shin-Line is one of the largest producers of ice cream and frozen products in Central Asia. Over 30 years, the company has built a modern production complex with a capacity of more than 350 tons of products per day, producing over 160 product types under 36 brands. The total investment in production has reached KZT 64 billion, while the company’s products are exported to 10 countries, including China, Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan.

For us, such visits are an opportunity to demonstrate the potential of Kazakhstan’s food industry, share our experience, and show that locally produced goods meet high quality standards and are competitive in international markets.
