Kazakhstan and Thailand Strengthen Business Ties: Thai Delegation Visits the Shin-Line Production Complex
Kazakhstan and Thailand are entering a new stage of economic partnership. President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sihasak Phuangketkeow, at the Akorda Presidential Palace and conveyed an official invitation to the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand to visit Kazakhstan.
As part of this visit and the ongoing efforts to strengthen bilateral business relations, a high-level business delegation from the Kingdom of Thailand visited the Shin-Line production complex in the Almaty Region on June 25, 2026.
The inclusion of the company in the official program of the visit highlights Shin-Line’s status as the largest ice cream manufacturer in Central Asia and a leading enterprise in Kazakhstan’s food industry. The Thai delegation, which included representatives of government agencies and leading companies, highly appreciated the company’s advanced production facilities, quality control system, and export potential.
The visit creates new opportunities for the exchange of expertise, the establishment of business partnerships, and the development of large-scale international projects.
