Shin-Line Invests in the Future of Medicine
The international ANaMed Forum — New Generation 2026, one of the region’s largest platforms dedicated to medicine, science, and artificial intelligence, has concluded in Almaty. The forum brought together more than 1,550 participants from 23 countries, including scientists, doctors, developers, startup teams, and healthcare experts.
One of the forum’s key highlights was the conclusion of the ANaMed AI Challenge 2026, a hackathon focused on developing innovative AI solutions for medicine and medical education. A total of 76 projects participated in the competition.
Hyundae Hospital, led by President Kim Boo Seop, and Shin-Line Group, headed by President Andrey Shin, jointly allocated USD 30,000 to support AI projects and medical technologies.
Following the results of the hackathon, five promising projects each received certificates worth USD 2,000:
• DiabetAI
• Gluco Track
• Qamqor
• AndroLife & Ake Team
• KaryoLab
All projects are aimed at advancing digital healthcare, integrating artificial intelligence into diagnostics and patient monitoring, and improving the efficiency of medical care.
An additional certificate worth USD 20,000 was awarded to a project focused on the development of medical technologies and further scientific research.
For Shin-Line, participation in the ANaMed Forum is not only about supporting innovation, but also about contributing to the development of modern medicine and the future of Kazakhstan’s healthcare system.
President of Shin-Line Group Andrey Shin is connected to medicine not only as a philanthropist and entrepreneur. Having graduated from medical school with a degree in general medicine, he deeply understands the value of the medical profession, the importance of scientific research, and the need to introduce new technologies into the healthcare system.
Supporting young scientists, AI developers, and medical projects is an investment in a future where technology helps save lives, improve the quality of treatment, and make healthcare more accessible and effective.
