The specified Contact Details constitute my personal data.

This Consent is given by performing all of the following actions:

These actions are sufficient to confirm that the Operator has received this Consent, and no additional evidence is required to further confirm that I have performed the actions constituting this Consent.

I hereby confirm, guarantee, and warrant to the Operator that the Contact Details provided by me to the Operator are accurate, belong to me, and are used solely by me. I hereby guarantee and confirm, and also assume responsibility for ensuring, that the Advertising sent to the Contact Details provided by me to the Operator will not be received by third parties who have not provided the Operator with prior consent to receive such Advertising.
